1. Company
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at certifiedlabelingsolutions.com and the services offered by Certified Labeling Solutions Inc. ("CLS," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 51 Old Camplain Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844. By accessing this Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
CLS provides custom label manufacturing services including pressure-sensitive labels, barcode labels, thermal labels, variable data printing, and related products for commercial and industrial customers. CLS reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided through this Site, our AI chat assistant, or by our representatives are non-binding and subject to change based on final specification review and material availability. A binding agreement is only formed when a written purchase order or sales agreement is signed or confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set forth in each individual order confirmation or invoice. A deposit may be required prior to production. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. Customer is responsible for any collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred to collect overdue amounts.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete artwork, specifications, and order information
- Review and approve proofs before production commences
- Ensure all submitted artwork and content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Obtain any permits or regulatory approvals required for your specific label application
CLS is not liable for errors, delays, or costs resulting from inaccurate information or artwork submitted by the customer.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. If production has commenced or materials have been ordered, the customer may be responsible for materials, setup, and labor costs incurred to that point. Restocking fees may apply.
7. Warranty
CLS warrants that products will be manufactured in a workmanlike manner and materially conform to approved specifications. Materials and components are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt. Our sole obligation is to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. No other warranty, express or implied, is provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
CLS's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall CLS be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
9. AI Chat Assistant Disclaimer
Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant ("Flex") for informational and lead generation purposes. Responses generated by Flex are automated and do not constitute a binding quote, contract, or professional advice. All pricing, lead times, and product availability are subject to confirmation by a CLS representative.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Certified Labeling Solutions Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
